Debra Deininger

Debra is a serial entrepreneur with a passion for all things sensing and a goal to make the world a better place through sensors.

Debra has over 30 years of experience in the development and commercialization of environmental sensors and systems and has worked in both large and small companies. Debra is CRO at N5 Sensors, is a leader in early wildfire detection technology. With her expertise in IoT and AI-driven sensing solutions, she leads the team responsible for development and commercialization of N5SHIELD® a wildfire, air quality and chemical detection system.  Debra and her team have spearheaded deployments of the N5SHIELD® throughout North America, and her team’s sensors have successfully identified emerging fires up to 36 minutes ahead of 911 calls, providing critical time for responders. Having seen way too many damaging fires destroy communities and property in her home state of Colorado, Debra is exciting to bring N5SHIELD® to market and drive widespread adoption in private and public sectors.
