Wildfire Commons Working Group Member Affiliation
The Climate & Wildfire Institute (CWI) is an independent nonprofit organization that accelerates solutions to climate and wildfire challenges across the Western United States. As a boundary organization operating at the intersection of research, policy, and practice, CWI builds collaborative partnerships to bring new solutions to the frontlines and decision-makers. Since May 2025, CWI and the Wildfire Science & Technology Commons have partnered to connect our shared interests in advancing climate and wildfire resilience. The CWI participates in the Scale and Sustain Working Group, supports the collaborative use of the Wildfire Commons platform through cross-promotion, and collaborates on academic publications and presentations.
